How to Prepare for your Septic Tank Pumping
You’ve booked your septic tank pumping…now what?
How to get ready for our arrival:
1) make sure the septic tank is accessible - you may have to dig to find the lid. A lot of septic systems in the Okanagan-Similkameen / Princeton area were installed decades ago, and they would often bury the access point in the lawn. We can also help with septic tank locating using a flushable electronic pill that helps us find out where to start shoveling! Ask us about installing a riser and ground-level lid to make this easier for next time.
2) move any vehicles that may be parked in the way. Our vacuum truck is large and needs enough space to park within reasonable reach of the septic tank access.
3) bonus: have a hose with running water available for us to rinse off our equipment - we appreciate it!
4) we will email you an invoice to be paid via etransfer, or payment can be made with cash or debit on site (if there is cell data service or WiFi available for our debit machine)
